1. Dehydration
Dark, concentrated urine can sometimes appear sticky or leave residue.
2. Semen in urine
After recent ejaculation, small amounts of semen can mix with urine and make it appear milky or sticky. This is harmless.
3. Urinary tract infection
Cloudy or milky urine + burning, urgency, or smell = could be a UTI.
4. Sexually transmitted infection
