I got all the achievements and here are my thoughts:

- The time trial mode is really fun, I wish there was a ‘collect all gobbos’ mode too.
- The new controls felt good! I like the option to use the old tank controls, but I personally didn't use them.
- I don’t like the new graphics. Everything looks upscaled and smoothed out. I would’ve preferred them to emulate the style of the old promo art renders. The old textures and models with the new lighting however, look very pretty. An option to add back the 'wobble' of polygons is something I would've liked.
- The hitboxes of nearly everything should’ve been updated. It gets reallllly jank towards the end. The challenge of no-hit runs comes purely from avoiding this jankiness.
- The ‘crocopedia’ is funny. I really enjoy behind the scenes game dev stuff. Even the devs of this remaster don't know the intentions behind some of this old unused content.

Overall i’m pretty happy with this remaster and getting to play this game again after 20 years. It satisfied my nostalgia and left me wanting the game to be longer.

I've played tf|2 for a few hundred hours on Origin, and it is very underplayed and definitely worth the price.

The campaign is well paced and fun through several playthroughs, and the multiplayer rewards time investment and practice. Better players will completely roll new players without a doubt through use of movement alone. Most, if not all, of the multiplayer's balancing issues were sorted out years ago.

Has a metric ton of content at a high quality for a free to play game, that is constantly being updated by developers that are likeable and actually communicate well. More recent updates (except the open worlds) are held back till later into the game. Essentially, the further you progress, the more the gameplay and story expands which incentivises playing even more.

Microtransactions can be used to buy upgraded versions of Warframes, weapons, cosmetics and the premium currency, Platinum, but all of these can be earned through gameplay and trading.

Possibly the worst community and developer balancing ethos. Every season has at least one weird technical issue and sound continues to get worse.
