Berserker is a front-line perk that encourages aggressive melee combat. Due to the effects in Calamity Serum, they are strong with melee weapons, dealing more damage, but their control in firearms are limited.
Calamity Serum
The Calamity Serum is an injector that will enhance your ability to frontline with melee weapons.
When the ability cooldown is at 100%, pressing F will inject yourself with a "Calamity Serum" that dulls pain (negates Cripple), makes you more lethal with melee weapons (+45% Melee damage), and fills you with an absolutely uncontrollable rage and bloodlust (makes you heal 2 HP on kill and 2 HP on successful charge attacks) that needs to be satisfied with killing or parrying enemies.
If you don't satisfy your unending hunger for kills, the effects of Calamity Serum will end and you will become Fatigued, of which your lethality with Melee weapons will be cut in half. Be sure to retreat to a safe place before that.
