Ignore the crying about microtransactions and battle passes. The devs were very up front about the inclusion of these and have made it clear that it is all purely cosmetic. Not only that but for the $6 cost of the battle pass, you get $3 for free on the free track. This game is made to be an always online party experience that you can solo if you want. I've already had plenty of fun with friends and I'm still unlocking tons of things in this game. The combat is inventive and fun both solo and in a party, there's plenty of room for experimentation to figure out builds and synergies.

I will expand this review I just wanted to help against the dumb review bombing.

If you're ever looking for a super chill game to kill an hour or 2 on, LOOK NO FURTHER. There's something primal about the satisfaction of spraying away all that dirt and grime off of everything and making it look pristine again and this game captures that feeling wonderfully.

This game performs well on the steam deck which is even more satisfying with gyro controls.

I've beaten the ps3 version and loved every second of the game, and now it's on PC! 60 frames a second smooth gameplay, hard as any other souls game, and so much replayability. I highly recommend everyone try this game out.
