I Take Explosion Damage Even On God Mod, After Checking fire_game_modifications.lua, I Find The Problem.

This Work Not Only The Prop Also NPC And Player, The Result Is Explosion Shouldn't Kill You When God Mod Or You Have Armor Or You Have Explosion Resist, But It Set Your Health To 0, The SetHealth Function Ignore Other Hook, You Could Replace It With TakeDamage Or Make It Only Work On Prop, Please Fix It

smoke is unlike fire in may ways, for example it is not an additive effect at the fragment level, meaning particles can't just be visually stacked on top of another with no side effects, which would include translucent particle depth sorting pops. i won't add smoke if i can't respect its nature, otherwise vfire itself would become an eyesore. it's not like I didn't test it
if you still demand that there be smoke, you can ask any developer to write an addon that does that to vfire

you already made fire particles can you not also make smoke particles (i only meant smoke particles not with smoke physics) unless you dont have the original files

With Vfire installed, when I cast certain spells with the Magic Wand Rewrite swep that aren't related to fire, the burning sound starts playing. It also starts playing when I do other things that aren't fire-related.

Vfire is very outdated, and bugs have arose such as flame sounds starting when they shouldn't, and the Dragon Breath shotgun completely ruining the bullet spread of shotguns in general.

Zariko all my time is devoted into a bigger project, is anything broken or working incorrectly in a clean Gmod install?

Hello there, I happened to fix up the "newer" workshop version of soft lamps, mostly fixed that issue with lightbounce being white all the time, as well as added a little thing (mostly for myself lol) so I could spawn multiple lamps in a map, but for render purposes only 1 must be enabled through that "heavylight" category. Piggo redirected me to you so you would be able to take a look at that.
