So let me start by saying this: I am a 21 year old female and I have been invested in cryptozoology since Lost Tapes on Animal Planet. I’ve done a lot of research and am planning a trip to cryptid areas and landmarks soon. Safe to say I’m no “newbie” to the world of cryptids. However, two nights ago my little potbelly piglet got out, so naturally I went searching for him. I found myself in a little wooded passage behind my house, not far from the streetlight but far enough that it wasn’t visible. I walked up the little hill and saw what looked like a deer standing in front of me in the path, however, this deer was different. It was the skull of a deer with two small amber eyes staring back at me, with almost a mane of smoke coming from the skull. It blinked at me and slowly lowered it’s head to eat the grass. At this point I turned back and went home, but I can’t explain what that was in the woods.
