Someone in my peer group, writing helpful reviews - thx!

Having been a long term friend for well over a decade and having much in common, this is one of the rare instances where the majority comment section is correct and I stand by them. Your review was word vomit and your take was garbage, everyone know's Dota 2 is mid AT BEST.

Love how everyone here critiquing this fella's reviews without giving a proper critique of them theirself. But as usual, the Aussie is the based one. +rep

This mate must be a boomer, just salty, or both.

This charlatan plays a game for over $/hour, states that they enjoyed it, states that their friends enjoyed it, we can see they played it for 30 hours when it’s been out for just DAYS, they also state that they think it’s trendsetting. That they’ve enjoyed it even tho they “haven't been interested in pokemon since I was a kid.” proceeds to say they wouldn’t recommend it, to someone ON THE FENCE about it. ON THE FENCE?!!?

This is just boomer level logic/brain function.

Imagine saying you’ve enjoyed a pie, all your friends enjoyed the pie, you think this pie will be a trendsetter like other famous pies, your receipt shows u've gotten your value for the pie, and that you know the bakery will only make that pie better in time.

Then go and say "to someone on the fence about trying it, and reading these reviews, pass on it”

Not every game needs to last for 1000000000000000 hours. if you had fun for the 35 hours that you spent then whats the problem. Also, its literally early access, so your just complaining about a game not being long enough when its straight up not finished yet and you know that. Clown award worthy indeed.

It's kind of pointless not to offer people a game for just 25€/$ when you've played it for over 35 hours...
Not all games have to have an ending or be finished, this is an EA game.
So it's a shame you don't give people a few hours of fun

Thank you so much for your review of Palworld!!!! After reading it I decided to not buying it after some time in question of buying it or not.

Summed up my thoughts entirely after playing about 40 hours in the Gamepass version of Palworld.

Not sure why people gave you clown awards on the pal word review, as someone who didn't buy into the hype because of open world crafter games having a tendency to be quick cash grabs with very little soul and substance, so I've held off.

Bought early into Vrising and that game dropped off HARD, it kept all the conan exiles players for a month or two but then the pvp servers just died(pvp is its main thing, people will argue its more pve but it has base up keep and raiding....).

Your insight is valid and the people giving the clown awards are just blind to the truth or cold hard logic.

i enjoyed your well thought out review of Palworld. i tend to agree with you ive reached a point where im still enjoying the game but can see the forming cracks so to speak. I hope you are correct about this being the satrt of pet taming games, as long as they dont add it to gta6.

Hey, I really appreciate your palworld review! You pretty much hit the nail on the head with how I felt playing it for dozens of hours with and without friends. Fun at first, but essentially a flash in the pan.

I agree with your Palworld review

First, a review is giving ones opinion and experience. You did just that. People need to get over it and stop crying because your opinion isn't the same as everyone else's. Second, I haven't played the game but it looks lacklustre at best. Its funny, you can mention Nintendo and be called a fanboy when ironically the whole games personality stems from being a Pokemon shooter with no uniqueness or originality. These ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ are going to put themselves to sleep with all this crying.

Your reviews read like a redditor trying to poorly defend why atheism is the only "true religion." You provide no evidence to substantiate your claims other than "trust me bro", and the pretentiousness you exude is palpable.

While reviews are most definitely subjective in nature, there comes a point when it's less of a review and more of a "you're wrong for liking this game, you should listen to me because I absolutely know what I'm talking about."

Sorry for dropping this comment here knowing that the comments on the review are closed. I only wandered in here to check out your other reviews and saw people being feisty. Anyone actually literate will find that your review has a lot of thought put into it, and I appreciate that it reflects my own concerns about the game's longevity. I'd rather see an in depth review like yours than yet another one of those danged ASCII cats or "My bud told me if I get xyz likes he'll buy me a case of beer" etc. Keep on shining.

Yea these kind of people complain wether the glass is half full or half empty. If you only played 1-10 hours with the game they say you haven't played enough to judge, if you play 30+ hours they say you are a hypocrite, because why did you play "so much" with it if you don't like it.
I agree with what you said, this will be over in a minute like Fall Guys or Among Us. They still have players yea, but not even nearly as much as they had when they got popular.

ditto on the guy below. I've hit the heavy grind with palworld now too where the novelty has worn off, and your review sums up a lot of my feelings perfectly. The rest of the tech tree is so boring lmao.

Loved your Palworld review mate. In a way I feel like it's not only a critique of the game but also of media in general that amasses immense popularity very fast but lacks a foundation that ensures its relevancy down the line-- perhaps Palworld isn't exactly like this, but I still see validity in what you've said.
