This is the first game where I saw one clip of it online and IMMEDIATELY rushed to purchase it. What the developer has put together is an absolutely breathtaking and fun thing.

I've been taking this game to work with me and I honestly feel like a little kid again. So much about the gameplay, presentation and creative ideas inspire me to play and play some more. I hope player numbers continue to climb, because I genuinely believe this is something extremely special. The Workshop integration is brilliant and I think people are gonna make some really funny and entertaining maps and vehicles.

Thanks to the developer for making a game that truly feels like it was made directly for me. The brilliance of letting you redo missions with every vehicle to see if it's possible or how fun it is guarantees I'm going to spend triple digit hours in this game over the course of this year.

I couldn't possibly recommend this game hard enough to people who enjoy destruction physics in games, fun vehicle building, and excellent, thoughtful level and UI design. Do yourself the favor of jumping in and supporting a crazy developer who is better at this one specific kind of gameplay and tech than literally anyone else working in the industry.

That being said, it clearly shows that the Postal series is still in the same good hands as the recent Paradise Lost expansion for P2. I'm very excited to see this game develop, and was thrilled to immediately grab it to support one of the craziest game development teams on the planet.

Hitman 2 is one of the best puzzle games on the planet, and it spent many years being woefully mishandled and meddled with by Square-Enix. IOI managed to break free from them without losing the Hitman IP, and this game is the result. Some of the most exhilarating stealth gameplay around in some of the biggest, prettiest open world sandbox environments makes this game stand out. There aren't a lot of action puzzle game out there, but that's okay, because this is one of the best. Easily my favorite game in the series so far, and the fact that you get the last game's levels in this one for free if you own them already is icing on the cake. Excellent!

This is one of the best interactive music video games ever created. It was 15+ years ahead of its time, and holds up perfectly. The new area added for the remaster might be the best thing this team has put together. Combined with the remastered Area 1-5 from the original game, the new area puts the spiritual sequel, PS3/360 title Child of Eden to shame.

Everyone who cares even a little bit about dynamic/interactive music in games needs to experience this title if they have somehow missed it until now. Rez Infinite on PC is the best version of a game that has never been surpassed in its weird niche. I can't get enough.

You may be noticing a pattern in Valve's stable of releases. Yes, even the finest companies can fall Prey 2 [ ;) ] sequelitis! Unforunately for the nerds out there, Half-Life 2 is one of the saddest excuses for a sequel since the announcement that GTA5 would have multiple protaganists. Half-Life 2 takes place in a dreary and sad version of Europe, something like Russia or something, and it really doesn't do much with the world it is set in. The Combine are these masked bad guys whose motivations are never really made clear, and don't even get me started on the zombies. What sense does a zombie make! There are enough zombie games coming from companies who KNOW HOW TO DO THEM, so I don't know why they keep showing up in my Half-Life games.

The weapons are good and sound effects-wise, the game scores high on the board. Zap! Bang! Zap! The classics are all here. The music is also okay, but with no option for a user soundtrack, I'm a little miffed. This game could be a classic with a little more polish, but frankly personally I think not even that would save it from the mediocrity of the rest of the package. There isn't even an option for 3D gaming. You'd think Valve would care more about future-proofing their titles. I sure wish they would.

This is the game that started it all. It has very good crowbar sounds and textures and the voice acting isdated but that makes it kind of funny. I did not play this title yet, but I did play a lot of its sequel, which I will speak of at length later after this! Half Life 1 Source is an update of the original PS2 title Half-Life which adds ragdolls and better water shaders, and not much more... honestly, if you haven't played it, I don't see the point. You can skip this one.

I am sad this title isn't available on console, as it would be very helpful in the console wars to know for certan which console hasbest graphics!

Ah, we arrive at the source of many good memes, such as ones about potates and the two dual robot villains! (Spoiler alert!) This game is much superior to its prequal because it has some ACTUAL STAR POWER in the voice acting from Steve Merchant and JK Simmons! This goes a long way to helping immersion in the world, and frankly the addition of Portals to this game actually MAKES SENSE in a way that is gameplay-wise very intelligent! The ending is much happier as compared to Portal 1's ending, which wasn't very happy. Portal 1's lazy storytelling is / was always on the display, but at least Portal 2 is smart enough to hide it behind decent gameplay and an okay art style that begins to grate about halfway through the proceedings. The music is cool, but it is interactive.

Considering this game is the source of The Cake Is A Lie meme, which you may have heard of, yes! This is a very good game where there you can make portals, two at a time and go through them to make the puzzles easier. Personally I find hand-holding in games to be insulting, so I don't know why this game had to have the portal gun. And frankly, I don't see why the story had to be told via the medium of video games. If you remove the portal gun, what do you have left? A movie? Anyway, it's very good, and worth your time if not your money, well honestly the sequel is far better, as I will get to in my next review.
