From a biological point of view, men really can produce milk, and this is a scientifically documented phenomenon. The cause lies in a hormonal imbalance, usually due to a condition called hyperprolactinemia — an elevated level of the hormone prolactin, which stimulates milk production. Most often, this is caused by a benign pituitary tumor (a prolactinoma). Since femboys are men, this physiological possibility applies to them as well. If a femboy develops lactation for any of these medical reasons, then the secretion released by his mammary glands would, in composition, be genuine milk. So, femboy milk can indeed be real milk, not something else.

Since male galactorrhea is not full-scale lactation like that of a breastfeeding mother, a femboy can produce, at best, 5 ml of milk per day. Thus, a rough estimate shows that to obtain a glass of milk with a volume of 350 ml, it would take approximately 70 femboys working for one day.
