Ingrediente sarmale în foi de varză acră
1,5 – 2 kg. varză murată
1 kg. carne de porc (eu am folosit pulpă de porc pe care am tocat-o în casă)
200 de grame de ceapă
100 grame de orez cu bobul rotund
2 linguri de ulei
150 ml. apă călduță
100 ml. bulion de roșii concentrat
opțional, carne de porc afumată (bucăți de ciolan, de costiță etc)
1 lingură de cimbru uscat (sau 4-5 crenguțe de cimbru proaspăt)
1 legătură mare de mărar verde
1/2 lingură paprika dulce
3 frunze de dafin
1 linguriță de piper
sare după gust
