You don't use the word "considered" when your own opinion is being used.
The word is correctly used when someone else is involved in an opinion.
Like ""The committee considered removing him from the role" or "John was considered for the position of regional manager but was later dropped due to his history of alcohol abuse"

I am writing to report an incident of sexual misconduct that occurred on 6/7/23 between Bud and myself. On that date, Bud touched me inappropriately without my consent while we were working together in the office.
