So I am going to recommend this game due to the fun i've had with many friends,

However!
there is an instance in the game when you start to delve into technology like electricity and water pumping and running hoses for your house is when you'll start to come across high lag spikes, which seem to be throughout the play through. I've had those exact friends leave the game due to it nearly being impossible to kill bears and other large animals. When you are trying to time your attacks it seems as if the animals lag so bad they nearly teleport during the fight.

The only conclusion I can come up with is the advanced technologies have a memory leak or something is going on behind other aspects of the game such as farming resources with different drills placed around the map. If this is the case I hope while this amazing team is working out the kinks and bugs (which I greatly appreciate) this gets solved. I would be willing to come back and play maybe even resubscribe to my old private server again.

Game Isn't currently working, even with recomended black screen help. I will update when fixed.

As you can tell I play this game alot. I love sandbox games!

I can agree that this game is not newbie friendly as the tutorial is just something you read.
I reccomend to any new player to ask the community for help as we are very friendly.

Xsyon is a game kinda like WURM in the sense of grind a skill to lvl it up. The terraforming is better I believe than WURM. I have tried to plau WURM and just cant get used to the controls. Where as Xsyon controls are a little more easily understandable.

The Devs are awesome! Time to time they will talk to the community in-game and ask for oponioins. Literally that alone is amazing! Come on to Xsyon and see for yourself.

The graphic requirements are low enough for a laptop to handle with hardly any issues.

If you decide to play follow these small tips

1,) I reccomend googling "Xsyon Map" (You will need this)
2.) Try to get into a TRIBE (Guild) as soon as possible)
3.) DO NOT!!! Make a Troll Charater-- You Height and Weight does effect your gameplay, so playing a short and fat midget means you will be able to carry a little more but run out of endurance faster.

OMG! GAIN MARTIAL ARTS FROM PUNCHING TREES!! 10/10 LOVE SANDBOX Games! Immediately found a crowd when I logged in. This game could go places!
