5 blue screens in my time playing, 3 near launch and 2 recently after reinstalling.

i didn't realize i haven't reviewed this yet

blue screened my pc in the tutorial and is also boring

easy to switch off the porn and plenty of solitaire variants

updates have caused a slow decline in quality of existing features while adding very little

bizzare performance issues
random use of what seems to be airplane boarding announcement audio
no options beyond brightness and film grain
offset mouse clicks in menus

i can rent an apartment to someone then walk in unannounced and take a ♥♥♥♥ in their toilet and they cant do anything about it

25 is a bit much for its current state but its fun, a few bits of jank and bugs but not too much at this time

i recommend playing in a grid based city, old cities with curved and twisted roads do not generate well and the map editor is very underdeveloped at the moment

20 hours of running in place, not terrible but it goes nowhere

changing my review from recommended to not, its just developing in the wrong direction
