FoM is great if what you want is complete escapism. It's quintessential cozycore.

I didn't like it. The overwhelming positive energy that radiates from just about every character feels incredibly luscious, plasticy and uncomfortable. And I don't feel great about saying this, being a happy and optimistic person myself. I really wanted to like it. But alas.

It's still good though. The art style is charming, the vibes are very much present, and the actual dialogue SYSTEM is probably the best in the genre.

Just be wary, I guess. Don't expect any friction whatsoever.

The only real complaint I have about this game is the piss ugly UI. Origins' Egypt is one of the most beautiful virtual worlds ever created, and this cumbersome mobile game ass ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ certainly does take away from the immersion. Luckily, it's somewhat customizable.

Other than that, ♥♥♥♥ it, this is one of the best AC games in my opinion. Egypt itself makes it worth experiencing, but it also has a pretty good story with some phenomenal voice acting. Great DLCs as well.

One of the last truly great Ubisoft games.
