there are some .streams that cannot be decoded because the tool is broken in that regard or something, idk if anyone ever fixed it

Oh, another thing. Because I need to change the format for those files to fit in payday, right? And I have this tool that does that for me, but I noticed that sometimes it has problems to encode the files? Do you know how could I fix it? I think the files are in .stream format

nope, you just gotta extract the whole folder then look through the files and find the ones you want, there's no easy way about it

it's pretty simple to use, getting voice lines isn't as simple, they all use hashed names

most other heisters added post launch have their own folders but they don't have such spreadsheets
