Not necessarily a powerful build, but someone who is capable of taking on heavy, physically demanding jobs. Barker does the right things at the right time when instructed. But without instruction, sometimes they fails to spot the priorities and sometimes completes work late. Usually eager to work, but on one or two occasions has been less than willing to tackle an assignment within the range of competence, or reluctant to learn something new. Sometimes Barker needs to be reminded to negotiate, but then does so reasonably well, and sometimes manages to get others to change their position and get a good deal.
