Gameplay:
-Floaty inconsistent jumping and controls
-No proper or timely visual or audio indication of reloading
-Level transitions are sticky and prone to errors in co-op

Audio:
-Annoying voice acting with a total of 2 poorly voiced lines on loop for every action
-Ear grating, atrociously discordant noises in menus and stage themes

Visuals:
-Generic and uninspired pixel art graphics that pale in comparison to the legacy of the great games this fails to emulate

Was hoping for a co-op Castlevania, instead got a waste of $25 and 20 minutes. 1/10, would not recommend.

It's a good game. The DLC structure is horrendous; the fact that playing as Muslim characters was gated behind DLC on release is absurd. Now that it's free to play, I'd recommend checking it out, but be warned: getting sucked into buying all the DLC is very possible, and very costly.

It's a good, fun game, perfect for goofing around with friends. Not too mechanically complex, but it doesn't need to be.

The game is fun, assuming you have people to play with (local multiplayer only). There are singleplayer challenges, which are actually also quite fun, but many of the achievements associated with them are broken. That alone would obviously not merit a negative review, but I and several others have contacted the dev about the broken achievements; the dev responded, saying they would get right on it. That was about half a year ago. This game has been abandoned in favor of Shotgun Farmers (also a very good game, I will admit). I would just really like the achievements to work, that's all, and I would appreciate honesty from a dev who said they were working on a patch to fix the achievements already. If you don't want to fix the achievements, just remove them, honestly that's fine too.

An excellent game for getting into speedrunning, if you're interested in that kind of thing. And you know what? For a game from 2007, it's pretty fun. I'm an Alpha Zylon fan, and ♥♥♥♥ y'all if you can't deal with that.

Achievements are bugged.

The lack of checkpoints is absurd. I enjoy hard games, and playing a hard game can mean tolerating some annoying controls and poor implementation of certain concepts, but this game takes the cake for that. Levels last far too long without a single checkpoint, and if you die once, that's it-- redo the level. That would be fine if it weren't for the extremely slow pacing, poor level design, and general mediocre way the game is set up. All in all, the game is what it says it is-- just another shooter with electronic music. At least it has honest advertising.

A free-to-play fighting game with lots of characters and a unique take on special moves and customization via the weapon system. I do wish that there were more skins for some characters, as there are characters with 5 skins and some with 3.

Was enjoyable until the last level, which made me want to rip my eyes out. It was free, though, so I can't really complain that much.
