In general, this game is a very good city builder. You can look at other reviews for all that stuff, but one grip I have with it is that the traffic becomes annoying. Cars seem to always take the main road even when there are faster more efficient routes available, there's no option to remove traffic lights on an intersection of a small road( barely any traffic) and a big road (a lot of traffic), which causes the mass flow of traffic to stop for maybe one car, although luckily there's a mod that fixes this.

Overall, get some mods, and this game is amazing. Great community as well.
