Very good.

Playing as the police in this game is a little finnicky. There are a few modes that are not too self-explanatory, such as the mode where you have to defend an area. If you push the crowd so far back that you leave the zone, you lose. It is also difficult to properly set up your men. Also, when you set up your forces, and you need to select weapons and tools and such, it tells you how much money you are spending, as if it has any consequence (I haven't found any). There's also heavy, medium, and light armor, but there doesn't seem to be any reason to not choose heavy for all the men. Playing as rioters is simply way too easy compared to police. Overall, this game had a good concept, but was not executed well.
