No "ulgrim is hot" or "why is red raptor blue in 2s" from me today.
Here are my honest opinions and my review on the video game after nearly 3000 hours and a much needed break.

I've played this game for a looong time, but I eventually got tired of how the playerbase started "devolving", even in casual matchmaking modes. I stopped playing matchmaking for over a year and exclusively played the game with my friends, which this game is amazing for and is what it excels at.

The game received so many updates and new legends, it's actually kinda insane. I booted up the game and saw that there was an event where you can pick your side: 'Team Naughty' or 'Team Nice'. I later noticed that you had to play matchmaking games to progress in the event, so I decided to give it another try after so long.

Unfortunately, matchmaking is still full of players with inappropriate usernames, clan names, questionable playstyles and messed up intentions such as inviting unsuspecting people to their lobby, only to bombard them with insults, racial slurs and even death threats. The sportsmanship in this game is close to non-existent, which is ironic considering Brawlhalla is trying to be a competitive game.

It truly is such a shame because I think this is an amazing game, it's just held back by its playerbase and I would've given it a big recommendation if it weren't for the majority of players playing it...
