art style: very good very simple very neat. the birds look like birds alright, and they look very yes.
writing: i like it overall honestly, but there are a few lines i like less
music: it is royalty free i believe. BUT. they made some pretty good choices. i was only distracted a bit by that one song that has the same flute as kevin macleod's monkeys spinning monkeys
gameplay: it is REALLY confusing at first, and even after you get it down you will still struggle. i feel like the timing is too tight and (since it is a rhythm game music also plays a factor here) the music really doesnt convey the cues to the best answer that well. holding space is the hardest for me, as you usually need to start and stop it on the offbeat, which game doesnt tell you. it does feel good to get it right on the beat, though i personally would like the "on beat" noise to be more satisfying
birds: yep there sure are birds. hope that this game gets updates that add more birds, but i wont be fussed if it doesnt, since game is free.
overall: i say you should play this game, but don't view it as a rhythm game. it's a dating sim with birds where the way you choose your answers is with rhythm.

really good game, even if it has a huge difficult spike.
what's NOT good is John.
all the other octopi (octopuses?) will give a good score, i.e. 7/10, 8/10, and John will give me a 1/10 or 2/10.
I hate John.

well worth the $20 just for this DLC, you can EASILY break the game with this.

gambling, but with strategy.
can't wait for full release.
