Awesometh 最近的评测

This strategy game is addictive as hell.

This game combines two of my favorite things: anime girl butts and pretending to be William Riker.

And you don't even need to play it as a strategy game.

This is the fighter that has really got me into fighters.

I feel like I'm actually pretty good at this game, since the tutorial does an awesome job of teaching you, as I was a convicted button masher before playing this, and you can translate that skill to other fighting games (more so ones with six button layout).

The story, at first, is nothing to marvel at. But honestly, you need to put time into the game and appreciate the characters, and then you'll like the story a bit more.

The art style is absolutely brilliant, being very anime-inspired, but not crossing that border in a sense. There will be boobs and butts, but if you are mature you'll learn to deal with it.

The online play is reasonably solid, and has lag compensation, which is a godsend if I want to play with my foriegn friends.

While there isn't that many characters, there are more being added thanks to a very successful IndieGoGo campaign, and there is variety and contrast between what's there already. You have Filia, an amnesiac with a living head of hair named Samson, to Peacock, a child that was mutilated and turned into a experimental death machine, with a passion for cartoons. There is even a man (believe it or not) named Big Band, a massive cyborg with pneumatic weaponery themed after brass intruments, and a mysterious blob named Double who is a doppelganger that borrows various moves from the rest of the roster.

It has some fancy extras, including an amazing art gallery, and one of the hardest challenges known to man.

From there on for me, it was really just experience and practice and then I could get good and beat up my friends and rub it in their face.

If there is anything that has really impressed me with this game, it's the dedication of the people at Lab Zero, who want to make this game as awesome as possible. If I wasn't a metaphorical hobo, I would give all my money towards this game and be happy that that money is going towards a good cause. But that's just me.

The summary: great characters, great art, alright story that takes time to apprieciate, great extras, awesome devs (luv ya <3), and in my opinion the best PC fighter to date. And this series is only in its infancy, mind you.

I have to say, I enjoyed this documentary and I don't even really play Dota 2. It was really interesting to see the backstories and the lives of these pro gamers who have high reputations to uphold. Definitely worth the watch if you like documentaries in general.
