I haven't finished Cuphead yet but I can already say that this is by far my favorite game of the year. Charming characters, amazing soundtrack (I highly recommend purchasing the deluxe edition because the king dice song is GREAT), stellar 1930's animation, and so much more. It's the perfect combination of difficulty and fair. You never feel cheated when you die. You just pick yourself back up to try again for the countless times you will need to restart. I'll probably come back and eedit this after I complete this game but I highly recommend checking it out. It is worth every penny.

I bought this game during an 80% sale. It was a good game but I wouldn't have purchased this game for any more than I did ($1.59). I thought the music was great, changing based on where you were and how it would swell as you would approach certain areas and die down more in others. The art style was amazing. I have always been a fan of angular art atyles in games and I wish more games used them.
I had two main problems with the game. The first being the restart mechanic. It's not inherently BAD, but it certainly gets annoying after a while. Like when you are just about to find another artifact and it sends you back to the start. My other complaint was with the lenght of the game, only lasting about an hour. And that was with the restarts and evereything. Without that, it would have been about a 30 minute game. I certainly enjoyed my time playing and exploring, I just do not think it's worth the normal selling price.

Beautiful game. One of my games of the year. My only issue is that it sometime has problems starting. Other than that, I have no complaints. Amazing environments, music, and gameplay.

Only problem is the playtime. The ending was great, I just wish I got to see more. I can definently see myself coming back to this in the future.

I love this game! The narrator's lines crack me up! my only complaint is the length. Its too short!
Look for money, brooms, desk lamps, and pretzels!
