啥也不会，进厂存点钱，了解下社会和公司构造，大专要是理工类的，开始可以找点技工类的，带培训的干，不过先看看公司资质，有没有师带徒体系，实习最多三个月，多了还不转正就换，有技工位置了，先干一两年包吃住差不多存得了十万，看公司有没有升职的机会，没有后面可以跳槽做师傅加工资，这是进厂的一般路子，这要人能忍
不想进厂，那开始就直接找销售或者地推之类的，把胆子练起来，后面做什么全靠你的胆子和想象力了，反正胆子大加点口才，灵活点，干啥都还行的
