You're a soldier in a never-ending war for territory, fighting two other factions on 4 different continents each with their own biome and geography. You can do anything you want to. Be a fighter pilot ace? Sure! Lead a squad of armored tanks? Go for it. Work as a combat medic and revive your fallen comrades? That works too.

If you liked the early Battlefield games, then Planetside 2 is definitely the game for you. If you hated them, give PS2 a shot anyway.
