Christmas Island
It's really been more than a year since I last wrote you. Times have really changed man, I wish you were still around to see how much we've all grown. You remember James, right? Now he's president of Honduras. He's not even a citizen of Honduras, but he promised to you to make a change to the world, and he really meant it. For me, heh, I've just been living it up. I got myself a home in Beverly Hills, and I'm staying here with my fiancee. She would have loved you, man. We're getting married soon, I think I'll have the ceremony on the day of your passing, just living on in your memory. Thanks for everything bud. You always knew how to make a bad day good.
Still love ya,
Sam
i've been seeing a therapist recently, and she encouraged me to keep writing to you since it lets my mind make peace with itself. i think im starting to come to terms with your passing a little, but i just dont think life can ever be the same without you. you know that charlie puth song, see you again? hopefully ill see you then, but for now youre not here, and i guess thats just how life goes.
love ya dude,
sam
