Numa tigela, bater os ovos, juntar o açúcar, a margarina derretida morna, o leite e a farinha. Bater bem até obter uma massa homogénea.

Aquecer em lume médio uma frigideira anti-aderente e pincelá-la com óleo ou margarina. Deitar uma concha do preparado e deixar cozinhar uns minutos até aparecerem "furinhos" na massa.

Virar com a ajuda de uma espátula e deixar alourar. Repetir a operação até esgotar a massa.
