You cannot stop thinking at will, therefore you’re not in ultimate control of your mind. Have you considered that your conscious “choices” arise from something you weren’t in control of? Is it really your choice? It’s an illusion. You didn’t choose the options, nor did you choose the reasoning behind choosing one.
