One of the most interesting games that I have played. If you are just playing for the campaign, then I would rate a 8/10 for the most part. In terms of replayibility. I would give a solid 7/10. There are some that I would love to see improve, mainly inventory/equipment management, story procedural generation, and more equipment types plus more classes. Overall, solid 8/10. Best game to play on the weekend where you want to read and play at the same time.

One of the best game suprises of 2020. Highly recommend.

M.A.S.T.E.R.P.I.E.C.E.

While waiting for my new PC to come in, I was able to run it smoothly with my old gtx 1060 on my laptop on Medium settings with some visual glitches. Some fixes and update patches will sort this out soon. The only issue is, as people may realise, would be the thermals from my laptop causing my PC to crash. XD

Just a short simple review. Overall, I would give it a solid 8/10. The campaign gameplay is the best out of all total war game. The battle however leave a bit to be desire. Its not bad. Its just a bit lackluster compared to Shogun 2. There are minor issues like you cannot swap "general only" with the ones in the recruitment pool and you cannot transfer units between generals as they are lock to the current generals unless that general died. Other than that, most of the things the game can offer is great and is something you need to experience hands-on rather than just read others' review. Enjoy and good luck.

I love Total War games. I love fantasy. This game is a combination of both. Dream do come true. Waiting for the rest of the Warhammer Faction to join in the fun. Keep up the good work CA. But dont stretch yourself thin. =)

One of the best RPG game that I have played. The campaign itself is long. Plus the added the DLC give 10+ more hours to the campaign. Side quest is not as good but can be helpful if you want to level up along the way while doing main quest. The leveling and skills system is probably simple yet very interesting out of most RPG game I have played. You feel the impact of the skills you use. Additional things they offer are character cards, traits, additional buff here and there if you do certain quest. Not to mention a whole lot of equipment to choose from for different classes of character you want to be. Be the jack of all trade, sure. Be an assassin, yes you can, Be the strongest warrior ever, why not. Be a supreme mage or battlemage, you got.

The only few cons that I can say about this game is that, the travelling time. You have no horses for transport from one location to another but you do have fast travel(only after you reach the location though). And the other con is would be lack of character and type of enemis you will encounter. They will often repeat until the end of the game with the generic NPC and enemies. However, I do recommend this game. Especially if you can get it during a sale. Have fun and enjoy. =D

I would really recommend this game to those who love Total War, Warhammer Fantasy Universe, or both. It does have a few hiccups, but it is fixed. Currently, able to launch and play it on my old laptop of intel i7-2670QM with nvidia GT550M. It is playable on low setting just like the minimum requirement stated in the steam store page(the game however recommend High setting though, so, its better to optimise the graphics setting on your own). I have no doubt it will looks awesome and play out even better on a better gaming rig. Currently waiting for my gaming laptop(which is currently in the hands of my gf for her work) so that i can play it in its full potential. In the meantime, going to play a short campaign with the ork before going for a total domination as a dwarf by using my gaming laptop.

FYI: The game time on my profile is low during the time i post this since i was testing this game on an old laptop. I must say, it performs well enough. Launch and play a custom game to test the performance to tweak the settings. If people ask if the game is working, then i can positively say "YES". Is it good? I will say it have potential and rooms to improve but at the moment, it is good enough for an unbelievable experience unlike any other Total War game.

P/S: Nvidia have not update their game driver to support/fix Total War: Warhammer yet. Give it a week or two and hopefully it will be ready by then. As for now, the game is really good. =) Have fun anc cheers.
