Good game, ignore the nerds who thinks the game is a Satan spawn because god forbid its not EXACTLY like the original.

I can't go back to playing Civilization series after this game.

The city building in Humankind is a game changer and pre-set regions for your city is a nice change. I never liked the city border growth and city spam in Civ as it felt very cheap. Humankind does lack diplomatic depth that Civ has, they also need a proper infinite game mode. The game likes to finish sort of speak, but you can get around it.

Humankind is also very pretty, realistic empire building....create sprawling metropolis to show off your empire's might. Civ feels like a fisher price toy after this. I hope Amplitude invest in this title, provide meaningful updates, this is a strong entry in the 4X turn based game.
