Undertale is a game I never really had much issue with, it's one of my favorite games in fact, but even in its current, technically unfinished state, Deltarune is already so much better in practically every way with I think the only possible exception being the soundtrack (and even then I'm not sure, Deltarune might be better there too, it's on par at least), if you're an Undertale fan, you've already played this let's be real, but if you didn't like Undertale or were just uninterested and never played it, I honestly would recommend giving this one a chance anyway, having played Undertale adds to the experience for sure but unless something comes up in chapters 5-7 it currently is not a requirement to play it first, download the demo (which is a very extensive demo) and see if you like it, your save should transfer over to the paid version if you end up deciding to buy it so there's really no reason to not give it a go.

Currently there are rumors of a Sonic Generations remaster that seem to be very likely true, if you know your recent Sonic remaster history I shouldn't have to tell you why you should buy this now but I'm going to anyway. Sonic Colors Ultimate was a mess at launch, it's in a perfectly playable state now but that launch was disastrous and it's arguably still worse than the original Wii version even after all the updates, then comes Sonic Origins, emulated versions of the original Genesis trilogy and a very good remaster of Sonic CD had been on Steam for years, all 4 were delisted right before Origins launched and to absolutely no one's surprise it was a disappointment, not Colors Ultimate at launch bad, but it had enough little problems that ultimately add up to versions of the games that I rarely go back to, even though they were supposed to be the definitive versions. I have no reason to believe this rumored remaster of Sonic Generations will be any different, this will be an even worse loss than the 4 classic Sonic games being delisted because there's an extensive modding community for this game that I think is the main reason it's been kept alive and relevant for as long as it has been, and if the original gets delisted (and I have no reason to believe it wouldn't be) all of that is going to effectively be erased, so I strongly urge you to buy this while you can, I hope all of this ages poorly and it's kept up for purchase even if the remaster is real but I really have my doubts given recent history.

Great game that definitely lives up to its reputation, after playing it for the first time nearly 8 years ago it's since become one of my all time favorite games, if you have a Steam account but not this game you should fix that.

Bought and played all of Siactro's games, I enjoyed them all but this is definitely the best of the bunch, my only complaint is that there isn't more of it, 100% completed it and saw everything there is to see (to my knowledge at least) in under 90 minutes, but for $3 it's hard to see that as a real problem, will definitely be playing all future Siactro games.

Wrote a review when the game had only been out for a matter of days and I was about halfway through it, but after getting 100% of the achievements I decided to delete it and give it a more proper review. This game is a masterpiece and I honestly have no idea how it's not sitting at an "overwhelmingly positive" right now, I'd been following the development of this game for a good while before it released and personally not only did it not disappoint me, it exceeded my expectations, became my 2023 game of the year, and I think this on track to becoming one of my new favorite games. If you like 90s RPGs, Chrono Trigger (and Super Mario RPG, but mostly Chrono Trigger) specifically, this is a must play, it manages to both feel modern while also feeling like it came directly from that era, don't think I have any real complaints that wouldn't just be nitpicking, this will definitely be a game I revisit multiple times throughout the years, great game go play it already.

If nothing else at least give the soundtrack a listen, because that may honestly be even better than the game itself lol.

Picked this up on Switch last year and have already finished it there, the fact that I didn't hesitate to double dip on PC should say something, this game is great, a definite must play for any fan of Square's RPGs from the 90s because it literally is a Square RPG from the 90s, just updated with the visual style of the Octopath Traveler games, which is fitting because those games to me feel like spiritual successors to Live A Live, if nothing else the soundtrack alone is enough to make it worth playing.

When this game came out in 2018 I finally bought a PS4 specifically to play it, I really liked it but for one reason or another dropped it before finishing it, fast forward 3 years later to 2021, I managed to get my hands on a PS5 (at retail price, never give in to scalpers), bought the launch edition of Miles Morales which came with a download code for Spider-Man Remastered, finally finished it and can safely say it's a great game, I grew up with the Spider-Man 2 movie game and this is the closest I think any Spider-Man game has gotten since then to feeling like that game, this is possibly the best Spider-Man game if you ask me, and that's saying a lot because it's going up against my nostalgia for the Spider-Man 2 movie game. As for the remaster itself, if I have one gripe, and I do literally only have one, it's that they changed Peter Parker's character model and I definitely preferred the one from the PS4 original, Peter Parker in this game has been Spider-Man for around 8 years and is supposed to be 23 years old, in the PS4 version he looked the part but in the remaster he looks like he's like 16, but with it now being on PC I'm sure in due time modders will fix that one issue, I did get used to it though, everything else about this is an improvement over the original. Enjoying my time going through the game again and I may actually go for 100% this time, at the very least I'll probably finally be getting around to playing the DLC campaigns since I've still never touched those. Anyway play this game if you like Spider-Man, it's good, looking forward to the sequel.

With Sonic Origins on the horizon, there seems to be a strong chance that this (alongside the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis Classics releases of 1, 2, and 3&K) will be delisted, I would strongly suggest picking this up while you can just in case the PC version of Origins ends up being a disaster, Sonic CD is a great game and this version is currently the best way to play it, since Origins is not out yet I can't say for sure if that will be just as good of a way to play it yet, but I know I can confidently recommend this version.

This is more of an informational review than anything, so I guess to get my opinions out of the way right now I'm really enjoying the game so far and am glad I'm finally getting around to playing through it. I've never played through Skyrim, I played some on Xbox 360 and later played more on Switch, but it was never more than 5 or so hours, decided I wanted to play it and properly get into it this time, figured I'd go with the PC version with mods this time and decided on the original for the best mod compatibility. The DLC is not listed on Steam but if you have the URLs for their store pages you can still buy them, all of it adds up to $65, $25 more than if you were to just buy Special Edition instead. However there is one other option and it's actually cheaper than Special Edition, just buy a physical copy of Legendary Edition, as of writing this it's currently around $30 on Amazon and that's how I obtained the original version of Skyrim and all its DLC so if you're looking to do the same, Legendary Edition is the best option:

This should go without saying, but obviously if you do this make sure you're getting a new copy or at the very least one with an unredeemed Steam code, only saying that because there were some negative reviews on Amazon from people who didn't know that, but I assume if you're using Steam you probably already know how this works. When I got mine it was a European copy but that wasn't an issue so the codes are seemingly not region locked, it's also possible you might find it cheaper elsewhere, but Amazon is where I got it.
