This game is fantastic. I am a massive fan of classic science fiction and this game just oozes the hallmark cheesiness of the era.

The art style is wonderful (along with all the little touches like visible strings and rigs to make it look like a badly done movie), the characters are wonderfullt cliched and cheesy and the writing is geninuely funny.
Monsters are made up of a menagerie of science fiction cliches. You'll fight fire breathing dinosaurs, towering apes, telepathics squids, lizardmen, and just about anything else you could find in an old monster film.
As for the gameplay itself; the platforming and combat is nothing groundbreaking, but interesting enough that I wanted to keep on playing. In particular I really the like various weapons that I kept finding, which kept combat interesting.
I truely enjoyed the breadth of the game world as you ascended the tower, there were just so many secret areas or alternate routes that you were properly rewarded everytime you explored off the main pathway.

I highly reccomend this to any who enjoys the cliches cheesiness of old science fiction films, as The Deadly Tower of Monsters is most enjoyable while soaking in its ridculous art-style and setting.

Fantastic game. Has a short length but it is one of the most enjoyable experiences i've had in gaming. Great if you enjoy platforming games and want to try a new twist.

Art style is one of the best i've had to experience, and when the game gets flowing, it's uncomparble. I've had the best sensation of "FPS Rhythm" in this game out of anything else i've played.
