Single Player has re-playability. And I havn't even tried to find someone to do co-op with let alone counting the special co-op only missions that exist.
It was....boring, but fun. It seemed like I never saw guys and they were always on the other side of the map but it was quite suspenseful to not have a clue where anybody was and if you spent any time running around in the open in you were bound to die.
After the first map and 30 minutes the top scorer was like 15 / 5 but most everybody was around 7/7. That 15/5 guy went on a 8 kill streak at one point. Must have been catching them at a spawn I guess. I think I went 4/4 that first map.
SE3 had no checkpoint saves or even allowed you to save . If you had an hours worth of time on a map and died, start over. SE4 allowed both BUT there was zero tactical assist - no minimap help for objective locations so if you don't know where you're going it takes a lot more time relative to if you know exactly where to go.
On average I probably spent 2.5-3 hours on each map in SE3. On SE4 it was probably closer to 2 hours - but mainly because I'd already beaten the game once and because the AI was much 'smarter'
So for $100 that I've spent on both games I've had well north of 2hrs per dollar spent. Worth it IMO.
I don't know, honestly. That's about the extent of what I'll write here since the total space here is limited. Suffice to say the game got boring, hackers started appearing on weekday evenings more and more, and more baddies with mw3sa that can't identify actual cheaters started surfacing.
I got so freakin' close earlier today but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I didn't realize snipers would spawn after the big fight scene and when you hear that honing in sound you better ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ find cover...and i couldn't.
I've watched an 'Authentic' speed run on Halfaya Pass (map I'm on right now) and basically the guy just has very exact timing down to avoid being seen and the fastest route possible and kills only when he absolutely must. He also doesn't complete all of the objectives, only the primaries.
Still, its fun and super annoying at the same time.
Holy mother ♥♥♥♥ is it so much harder when the aim assist is gone and so is binocular tagging LOL
Nevermind you can't save and if you die you have to start over.
Both games are beautiful, SE4 being much more immersive. The level of detail put into things is awesome. From set kitchen tables to random garden tools and bedrooms that serve no purpose other than to explore.
You could easily rip through most of the maps in 30 minutes or less if you literally did only the primary objectives and killed only who you absolutely had to.
As you can see I spent 9 hours in the game on Sunday, of course probably 45 minutes of that was at the shooting range getting accustomed to how the sniper worked. And that was day #1 (yah I have no life) - but each of the missions has no time limit (they really should IMO) and are fun to work through especially if you get yourself in a pickle.
I will say that the AI is kind of dumb. Sure they can find bodies and get alerted, but then after a bit they're like "meh" -- there is no "lock down hunt mode" they go in, like real life. Ah well, its a video game.
SE 4 comes out in May and that sucks...every year I tell myself I want to get a life and then some game comes out....
I don't recall but I don't believe score had host.
I run mw3sa solely to keep track of hackers and who has host. Just sucks it never updates after the match starts.
As for 'turning on a dime' to someone, well, heh. Without more context like radar and *footsteps* its nearly impossible to comment. I've had moments that after the fact scare even me. A perfect moment of caffeine fueld hyper-awareness where I flick between targets with near perfect accuracy.
https://youtu.be/EjpGw94Qq9E?t=209 watch that sequence for one of those "wtf" moments I'm sure the 4th guy saw when he watched the killcam.
The fov changer is in a different category to the likes of a wall hack and aimbot etc, in that they give you a 100% guarented advantage over other players, whereas the FOV changer probably gives you a 5% to 10% advantage over other players.
I've played against him before and never noticed anything. I may just not have been paying attention.
Or he started cheating. Either way. He uses wallhacks.

Second video is the best. I am both using Assassin, not tagged with recon AND crouch walking. He had literally no way of knowing where I was.
Showing off how FOV changes the game for the better

I preceded to tell him prestiging is kind of pointless....and that ultimately its all about points. Not a display or skill like getting and maintaining a KDR, or going on a win streak in a game mode or killing a lot of people rapidly etc.
You could literally do everything in the game except get kills and you could STILL get to the maximum prestige level. It would take a very long ass time - you'd have none of the attachments and perks etc...but you could have that 20th prestige icon.
Okay, enough. You didn't kick me and just admitted your Internet crapped out on you. I'll mark the video private.
I'm a nobody, but I'm still going to record live games and call out scrubs who kick me for no valid reason other than they can't comprehend what I'm doing. I'm not gonna win them over by calling them scrubs, but I'm not asking to be their friend. I'm asking to just let me play my game.
You don't understand the Internet/networking very well if you think my limited upload bandwidth (which is actually 1.5Mb btw) would be the cause of a connection issue. Could my ISP be at fault? Sure, but then nothing would change on that front if I paid more for the 45/5 service.

The live recording YouTube is going up tonight little scrubbie. watch all my hacks then.
HEclipse joins the ranks of scrubs with the kick tool. His video of kicking me will go up tonight.
children with no clue what they're doing.
https://youtu.be/l-MVP5g7YCE - in a couple hours it'll be up.
only thing I can't do is stream cause I don't have the bandwidth.
