decadence: You didn't censor the word , you bypassed the filter and insulted a user with it. Also just because everyone is not caught it doesn't mean you're allowed to insult people by bypassing the word filter.
I saw your excuse in the ban message and it's laughable. Not the first time you get banned for bypassing the filter either.

I got banned for an entire month for writing the word 'b*tch' (spelt exactly like that) - reason given was filter bypassing. So I've been flagging people who have been writing similar or worse comments, and after DAYS have elapsed, not a single post that I flagged has been taken down, or any of the people banned.

Really getting tired of the double standards of forum moderators. Is it because I was banned that my efforts to flag others are ignored? In any case, I will continue to flag posts, and take note of them, tracking the progress of whether or not filter bypassing is dealt with in a consistent manner.

Sorry, but saying you did not "mean to" after you did something, does not fly. Dude, just accept it and move on. Learn from mistakes, and don't repeat them. It's even more clear you have not read the rules now, than it was previously. The key word there is "enforce", and these are not the regular forums, in case you missed that. These are a users profile comments, that just also happens to be a moderator. The rules are clear, and it is also very clear that you need to read them........carefully. Don't like having it openly stated that you have a history of 10+ bans on your account ? There here is an idea.......don't break the rules and then you won't get banned. Problem solved. There is a moderator message that you can reply to for a reason, where the rules are also clearly linked for you.

First The Giving One, You are breaking Steam TOS by being a back seat moderator. Also I wasnt banned, I was issued a warning. For advertisement. After Zefer Had explained his point of view I can see how some would see it as advertisement. But I see atleast 5 twitch and 10 youtube links daily on steam, so I admit, I didnt even realize it was breaking any rules.

Just because it is there, doesnt mean its allowed, but when you suddenly are on the enforcement end of it, you have to question where the violation is, Also, no link was provided to the offending viotion in the original warning and when I posted in Discussion to inquire as to why, I got that thread locked again, without any answers.

Please tell me how DE was correct in suspending me within my offense in Warframe, also I'm still crying. If you don't tell me I might cry harder.

People that come here to discuss their bans can easily see how that went for the last users that did the same, by looking back at the comment history here. Pointing out a users history to show them where the issue is would not be necessary, if the users did not come here to bring it up in the first place. When one does that, they are opening up the lid on that can of worms, not the moderators.
