Now, the gameplay is not what I have an issue with in this game. The gameplay itself is a very cool take on the 1v4 asymmertical format. The things I have an issue with are the new player experience, and the matchmaking. Those issues kinda go hand in hand. Firstly it takes forever to match, which would assume its trying to find you the fairest game possible, but unfortunately most times it doesn't. As a new player to the game I am getting matched up against very high level monsters and I find myself getting completely demolished, and it feels horrible as I lay down/dead on the floor for most of the game. It feels very disheartening when you can't even enjoy the game because you are unable to play it every match due to getting beaten down by high level monsters. Another issue I suppose I have is communication. Pings and voice chat are nice and all, but for people who don't want to speak or can't, it is a tad hard to communicate in pings only, this could be remedied by adding text chat. It would allow players to still communicate on a level better than pings, but doesn't force you to speak. Once again to reiterate, the actual core gameplay is fantastic from what I have been able to do very little of and what I have seen on videos, unfortunately due to certain issues with the game outside of gameplay, I have been unable to fully enjoy it myself.

If you are into tactical team based shooters, this is the game for you. The only issue with it is valve does next to nothing to deal with cheaters in their own matchmaking. You basically have to use 3rd part matchmaking services to have an enjoyable experience, such as faceit or esea.
