Game will stutter to a standstill when loading new areas including during cutscenes which will desync the game

EDIT: Capping the game at 60 FPS seems to fix most of the stuttering but still some pretty big freezing when loading big areas like Seattle all things considered still a disappointing port but will change my review to positive

I rate Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead 3/5 because awhile it is a very fun game it is hard to find a server that isnt DayZ.
