Żurek Soup

components:

peck carrots
30 ounces smoked sausage (kiełbasa ) :lunar2019deadpanpig:
0.5 l sourdough for Żur
6 hard boiled eggs
2 cloves garlic
salt, pepper, marjoram :steamsalty:

preparation:

Wash greens and cut into pieces, put into a pot with 1.5 liters of water and boil. Add sausage and spices to taste. Cook on low heat for 45 minutes. Decoction strain, pokroib sausage into small pieces.
Leaven in the bottle to mix and pour the broth. Żurek boil. Season to taste with marjoram, salt and garlic.
Peel the eggs and cut. Zurek pour into a bowl, add egg and sausage.
