Riff Racer is delisted from Steam, and official servers are no longer available. If the game has previously been purchased before it was removed, you can follow this guide to connect to custom servers and play on generated custom tracks.

Playing the game requires a Ubisoft Connect account, and you can only link your Steam account to one Ubisoft Connect account. If for whatever reason you lose access to the Ubisoft Connect account your Steam account is linked to, then you have to remove and repurchase the game and create a new Ubisoft Connect account just to be able to play it.

Games that require another account to play a game you purchased should be avoided at all cost.

Framerate isn't capped on Windows 11 by default, and ALT + tabbing causes a black screen. Since this game is unlisted on Steam, I recommend looking elsewhere.
