METAL GEAR SOLID V: GROUND ZEROES - Review

A better METAL GEAR game than MGSV: The Phantom Pain. Unironically.

It's Short, but the Game fills in an important role lore-wise in the MGS Series in explaining what happened to Naked Snake's Militaires Sans Frontières and Paz after Peace Walker. And "Feels" more like a true METAL GEAR game than The Phantom Pain (And MGS:Survive).
The whole idea of a METAL GEAR game is "Tactical Espionage Action". You infiltrate a military compound through any multiple ways you wish, use weapons and equipment to sneak your way to the specific objective. Then get back out to be extracted without being seen. This game does a decent job of doing that. Unlike TPP. Very fun.

Pros:
-Satisfying Lore.
-Great graphics and optimisation (The Fox Engine).
-Fantastic gameplay, both with Stealth & Action.
-Good Sound design.
-Alot of detail, especially with the easter eggs and references.

Cons
-Expensive full retail price.
-Short (obviously).
-Some PC controls are questionable at best.

Verdict:

7/10 - Buy on sale for the $4 USD.
A good, fun and satisfsying buy for anybody interested in the Metal Gear series. I've managed to pump 50 hours into this game and 100% all achievements, definitely got fantastic value out of the $4 sale price
