Honest Peak voice acting like this is what us long time Yakuza fans have been waiting for in the series.
This game is worth it for Yong Yea's performance alone!
The Japanese dub shouldn't even be an option when we have such godly voice acting in the English dub, or better yet it should be locked to easy mode for babies that can't handle real Yakuza gameplay and cinematic performances.
This is the Canonical and Lore Accurate voice of Kiryu Kazuma, and going forward us fans should be grateful to be graced by such a masterpiece of a performance.
I'm literally shaking and crying right now just thinking about how peak and legendary Yong Yea's performances of Kiryu Kazuma, The Legendary Dragon of Dojima, and Joryu (the new playable character) was in this game.
And that's not to mention all the certified classics we got with the English covers of the Karaoke songs. Sayonara, Silent Night, the new Christmas song sung by Yong Yea, is a masterpiece and is sure to bring Holiday Cheer for years to come. If I was Mariah Carey I would be quaking in my boots right now. Ichizu Samurai (Truehearted Samurai) is another master performance from Yong Yea, and is sure to make you soil your undergarments once the heavenly vocals reach your ears.
Any bad press and reviews given about Yong Yea's voice acting as Kiryu Kazuma is actually cope and slander, by villainous weebs and cretins who don't know what a true English dub should sound like. These deviants should not be trusted for spreading such blatantly false misinformation and lies.
At first I had my doubts about Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, and the direction the game would be taking with its voice acting, but after playing Gaiden and hearing Yong Yea's performance as Kiryu first hand, I know that us fans are in for a treat come January 25th, and I personally can't wait to see Ichiban and Yong Yea Kiryu take to the big screen and give us another legendary performance.
This might be one of the greatest video game character performances of all time, and its all thanks to our hero, Yong Yea.
If you ask me they need to put this in a Textbook.

"Your Oscar awards are right up there, and Yong Yea is Like a Dragon that is guarding it. So defeat him if you truly think you are the hero it belongs to!"
