The game has a well-paced story and mechanics, with detailed environments and characters. It's really fun to read the reactions of NPCs to different characters. You can play through the whole story in one day's session. However the game seems to sometimes stutter a bit when playing through Proton.

I haven't tried the Japanese version, but the English translation is great, with lots of character and minor details.

Overall I think this is a nice and cute small RPG experience with characters and a world you will quickly start to love.

Macht super viel spaß zu grinden und im weltweiten Leaderboard zu steigen. Für kreative Leute ist der Level Editor eine super Sache, wenn man noch ein paar Freunde hat, die das Spiel spielen, kann man sogar das Level editieren und bei jedem Speichern direkt Feedback einholen, da das Level quasi für alle Spieler live neu geladen wird.

Man kann stets weiter seinen Skill trainieren, unter anderem gibt es Level, da kommt man überhaupt erst nach vielen Stunden Grind und Übung zum ersten Checkpoint, diese geben dann aber auch viele Punkte im Ranking, vor allem wenn sie noch beliebt sind. Bietet also auf jeden Fall viel Content für Hardcore Spieler, die gerne grinden und im Leaderboard ganz weit oben stehen wollen.

Das Spiel ist in vielen verschiedenen Sprachen verfügbar, manuell übersetzt und nicht einfach durch den Übersetzer gejagt, und daher auch super für internationale Spieler geeignet.

Vom MMO Aspekt (alle Spieler gleichzeitig im Level) hatte ich zuerst nicht viel erwartet, wenn man dann jedoch mit einigen anderen Spielern und Freunden in einem Level spielt, macht das Feature jedes noch so langweilige Level zu einem Erlebnis. Zusammen grinden oder gegeneinander Rennen veranstalten, beides Optionen für mehr Spielspaß.

Very polished game, not that many maps yet (in early access) but still extremely fun to play. Has a nice community too. There is an editor to create custom maps which can make for custom fun maps too. Multiplayer is functional but not quite the best yet. Gameplay feels very solid and fairly rated on the easy-normal diffs for me. Works very well with the Steam Controller and has very good low audio latency on Linux.

Even more customization than in TMNF/TMUF, ManiaScripts, custom blocks, etc.

If you like TMNF you will love TM2 Stadium!

extremely hackable controller which is already great with Steam out of the box for Games and then also great for normal PC use with extra programs such as sc-controller for even more customizability. Fun to play especially with the buttons on the back for multiple games.

I enjoyed playing the game a little but if they are going to remove Linux support just because switching to another launcher I just can't give this a good rating anymore because I couldn't play it anymore

Multiplayer works well though. Very little cards, but it's alright to play once and then never again with a friend at a LAN party.

Really good top-down shooter which even has a pretty interesting story instead of just being some random levels. Each playthrough is roughly 30 minutes but I think this is a very good game to focus on speedrunning and minimizing deaths. The hardcore mode is a good mode for core players who seek a challenge as you only get 3 lives to beat all 31 levels. Finding the second ending is a good challenge too if you are interested in it.

This is a good game for people who want a fast-paced intense skill-heavy game.

+ Game works really well, even under old laptops, so it's optimal if you have an old PC and like to play old-school games

Lots of fun, now also on linux! I love every aspect of the game. The combat parts, the stealth parts, the puzzles/tombs and so many collectables! Definitely a really fun game to play. It might not be the most challenging game to play as the game often just guides you through most cutscenes with almost no way to fail but there are also some more difficult parts. This game is great for people who like to find secrets and search for hidden things.
