Also it say i have played for 21 hours, my real play time is 3 hours after all the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ i went through and it being on in the background even though i wasnt playing it.

It is pretty difficult to get ANNO to work but it is not because of the game but rather the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ UPLAY program Ubisoft uses. Everytime it tells you its not responding you gotta exit out of steam COMPLETELY. I had to go into task manager and exit out of steam.exe as well as the uplay.exe(?) thing to get it to restart and apply all the updates the game has. Good luck!
