I enjoyed the first game for it's take on the Survival Horror Genre, this game seems to be going off in a slightly different direction while still keeping the same aspect and I am all for it. While the game has some underlying issues like lip sync/animation issues, combat is a bit weird. While things like unlocking animations feel ripped straight from Resident Evil. There are some stuttering issues and crashes, but besides that the game is very smooth and runs very well. I would like to see this game as it's own series and not as a Resident Evil Fan Passion Project because there is some seriously interesting story here and while the price may seem a bit steep you will get aboutg 6-8 hours which is not something I can say about RE3...
