Appears confident with familiar situations and people, but still sometimes nervous or over-confident when in an unfamiliar context. Late on fewer than 3 occasions in 6 months. When ideas are challenged by others, Lord listens to their view politely, but is able to maintain a position firmly and persuasively without aggression. Does not shirk duties, and can share the workload with other people in the team to achieve maximum group output – but does not do so consistently. Good at planning and monitoring the work of team-members.
