yo it's les, I'm building a server to host our games and reduce lag how does this sound?

along with many, many fans for the motherboard. Will be headless and will only require the integrated GPU on the motherboard, I was thinking WiFi carding it, but Lan is faster and it will be hooked directly to the internet (I'm gonna strip a modem and hitch it to the motherboard directly) and I also wish to set up a 30 minute UPS device and power surge protector. This should easily handle 4 people playing Borderlands 2 without lag... shouldn't it? lol.
