Emmanuel seldom had time for family and friends; the same could be said for any IT major. When Aether managed to find a sizeable pocket of freedom from his overbearing classes, he decided to invite some of his friends to his home: Slark, Socrates, Carlos, and Marco. It was more to Emmanuel’s fortune that he was also able to prepare for their arrival by stocking his home with his friends’ favorite things: an oblivious support hero with one armor, syringes of estrogen, and furry yiff material. Emmanuel couldn’t think of anything specific for Socrates, but he was sure the ancient Greek could be accommodated with something lying around. Aether sat and waited until the doorbell rang. The Mexican jumped to his feet and opened the door. The first face he saw was that or Marco’s, covered in cheap makeup.

Immediately after Aether looked down to see a short, humanoid fish creature sprint past his legs after the Disruptor, warding in the corner of the living room. The Mexican looked back to his other guests but could hear Slark yell, “Heh, yeah!” followed by a loud splash. No sooner had Aether pointed his eyes back to his Human friends than to see a crowd or reanimated skeletons push into his home and amble on to his kitchen. They both centered on the refrigerator, opened its door, and produced a carton of milk, after which they simultaneously proclaimed, “Calcium achieved!” and then performed a peculiar dance. Socrates peaked his head from behind Marco’s and stated, “They are British skeletons, of course they are dancing sarcastically.” Marco and Socrates walked into the room, and Aether was finally able to see Carlos. The last guest to enter merely looked at Emmanuel and said, “Context will never be given.”

Marco and Carlos plopped onto the living room sofa. Socrates went into the kitchen with the British skeletons and opened a cookie jar. The philosopher took one treat to examine it and asked, “What is this?” Carlos responded in a loud voice, “Yo Socrates it’s a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cookie!” Carlos didn’t hear anything more aside from heavy chewing and the furious tapping of skeletal digits on a tile floor. Emmanuel approached the sofa his friends were sitting on and looked to the living room corner to see blood and purple slime underneath the corpse of Disruptor and Stryghor. Turning his head to the kitchen he could see Socrates walking towards him with crumbs littered around his beard, the British skeletons spilling milk onto the floor as it fell through their long-gone esophaguses, and Slark perched atop the refrigerator, his eyes peaked above its edge as he gazed longingly at the Humans.

When Socrates reentered the living room he announced a new event: “Emmanuel, your friends told me that your ass is terrible flabby. That considered, I think you would be an excellent second subject to test my new invention- the ‘Turbo’- on.” His hand behind his back, Socrates returned it to the view of his friends and produced what appeared to be a pink rocket capped with fibres, its name printed down the length of the device. “Do you accept?” asked the ancient Greek. “It’s butt-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ difficult. Literally.” remarked Marco. “Eh?” whined Aether. “What does it involve?” The ends of Socrates’ lips pointed downwards as he muttered, “The Turbo gets rammed into your anus to contract your ass cheeks.” Aether stood by for a moment. “I’m mildly concerned about something labeled ‘Turbo’ going near my butt.” The worried mexican consulted his friend Carlos for advice. Without emotion, Carlos stated, “Context will never be given.”

From his new position- on the living room sofa, his head horizontally level with the rest of his body- Aether’s scope was limited. He could see the kitchen floor flooded with milk that had begun to expire due to a lack of cooling, and the bare-bones feet splashing in the giant puddle. On the top of the refrigerator, he could see a dark haze condensed into a cloud, with two orbs of purest white near its upper-middle area. Emmanuel agreed to have his ass reshaped, and submitted himself to the TurboTM. The Mexican test subject began to sweat as he heard a sharp snap coming from Socrates tightening his rubber gloves. As Socrates removed his patient’s pantalones, he reassured his obviously distressed subject. “You won’t...feel a thing.” The only image Aether recalls from the rest of that day- before losing consciousness- was that of Carlos’ face, his lips forming the sentence: “Context will never be given.”
