Sätt ugnen på 175°C.
Smörj eller spänn fast ett bakplåtspapper i en form med löstagbar kant, ca 24 cm i diameter (för 12 bitar).
Smält smöret i en kastrull, ta av från plattan. Krossa karamellerna fint i en mortel. Blanda dem och kakaon med mjölet.
Blanda ner sockret i smöret. Rör sedan ner ett ägg i taget. Vänd ner mjölblandningen i smeten. Häll den i formen.
Grädda kakan mitt i ugnen ca 18 minuter.
Låt kakan svalna i formen på ett galler. Lossa runt kakans kant med en kniv medan den fortfarande är varm.
Låt kakan bli ordentligt kall innan den serveras.

Innehåller gluten och ägg.
Gör laktosfri: välj laktosfritt matfett.
Gör mjölkproteinfri: välj mjölkproteinfritt matfett.


Tips
Garnera gärna med turkisk peppar och kakao, servera ev. med vispad grädde.
