Biased Review - Childhood nostalgia hitting different right now. Finally have the brain power to 100% this game; my younger self would be proud

Nobody reads my reviews anyway.
I’ll throw in the recipe for the Banana Caprice Cake.
Products (for 8 servings)
For the cakes:
Flour – 170 g
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Condensed milk – 1 can (380 g)
Soda – 1 tsp.
Lemon juice - to extinguish soda

For sour cream:
Sour cream (22-25%) – 300 g
Powdered sugar – 80 g

Bananas – 3 pcs.
Black chocolate for decoration – 90 g
Prepare the dough. To do this, beat the eggs with condensed milk.

Add slaked soda, flour and mix everything.

Divide the dough into 3 parts for three cake layers.

Bake 3 cakes in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Prepare the cream: beat sour cream with powdered sugar.

Cut bananas into slices.

Assembling the cake. Apply sour cream to the cake (before this, the cake can be pricked with a fork so that it is better saturated with cream). Lay out the bananas. Apply the cream again on top of the bananas. We do this with each cake, placing them on top of each other.

You can decorate a cake with bananas and sour cream with grated chocolate.
Place the cake in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
