The amazing art kinda makes up for the absolutely awful, tedious bosses. I hated nearly all the bosses, they were not fun, they did a horrible job at signaling what their attacks were, they all move too fast for now tiny their arena is, and you have to walk super far and watch their intro every attempt. Almost none of the bosses are near checkpoints and none of them drop heals. They all use the same song with the same single-screen arena, its just honestly pretty lazy. Not sure if I'll ever beat the virus boss because its the same frustrating thing again that I don't want to sit through hours of attempts. But still other than the terrible bosses the rest of the game was pretty good.

Its short but sweet. Kinda reminds me of motherload but more cozy.

The art is great but this game itself a perfect example of how to make the most bs moon logic puzzles possible. You're much better off just watching a walkthrough because actually playing the game is miserable and not fun.

A very cute game with a lot of cute little critters. It's pretty short, only 6 levels, but it makes up for it in the amount of extra challenges added due to the achievements. The movement starts very limited, but it gradually builds up as you unlock more abilities. The dash is especially fun, since you can also dash on the floor. I also really appreciate that it's pixel perfect. Controller support is also good.

I really wanted to like this game, but unfortunately in its current state it is completely unplayable with just a regular xbox controller. sometimes, when i hold one direction, the character will just randomly stop walking. my controller works just fine with other games its an issue specific to this game. I'd love to change my review to positive once the controller support is fixed.

This game is amazing. It's rare when I get this into a game on Steam. I loved exploring and the soundtrack was great. I like the windwaker art style, and the clear inspiration from Kiki.

Although, I did find these bugs, so I'm hoping they can be fixed:
-none of the achievements would work at all, even after beating the entire game. even after re-opening the game a few times. even very easy achievements like "pet the dog", none of them work.

-the game crashed at least twice. once after the cutscene when you return the part to Mr W soot, and another happened one time when returning to the main menu.

-the NPC who wants the egg with the scarf never got the prompt to receive it even after bringing the egg to them. They were the only npc in the game with this issue, so I wasn't able to give them the egg.

Still, overall great, those are my only nitpicks and they could be patched.

this game is pretty fun, although some parts of the platforming are genuinely terrible like every single time you have to use those awful diamond shaped things for walljumping youre never given enough height and the awful camera makes these segments even more of a chore. I would patch the diamonds to give you slightly more height because I don't struggle nearly as much with anything else in the game.

A very good game, but my only complaint is the controller support is complete garbage. It is always very finicky when adding a new controller, and you often have to go into the local files to delete the controller configs for anything to work. Sometimes, it doesn't even detect my keyboard and just says "unrecognized gamepad" And this is just for single player. For splitscreen multiplayer, don't even bother. I've tried different controllers, different computers, changing the settings in hat in time, changing the settings in steam, deleting the local gamepad configs again and then retrying, nothing works. I've only gotten multiplayer to work properly once or twice out of the dozens of attempts, most of the time one controller just moves both players, resulting in it being completely unplayable. Again, it's a very good game, just the controller support needs to be fixed.
