Keďže sa mi zdal tvoj profi velmo suchý tu maš aspoň recept na hubovo-zeleninový šalát:

Potrebujeme:
2-3 kg bielej kapusty, 1 liter octu 8%, 2 nakladače DEKO, 3,5 litra vody, 250 g cukru kryštál, 3 zelené a načervenalé papriky (nepoužívať hrubostennú farebnú papriku inak všetko bude horké), 1 PL celého kmínu, 0,5 kg cibule, 0,5 kg huby (podpňovky) už očistenej a uvarenej, 1 stredne veľký karfiol

Ako na to:
Nálev: Z vody, octu, cukru, nakladačov si uvaríme klasický nálev a tento dáme vychladiť.
Zmes: Kapustu nakrájame na jemnom strúhadle na krátke rezance. Pridáme na jemno nakrájanú cibuľu a papriku a na drobno pokrájaný uvarený karfiol. Potom pridáme vychladené a odkvapkané uvarené huby, kmín a všetko premiešame.
Plníme do menších zaváracích pohárov a zalejeme vychladeným nálevom. Sterilizujeme cca 15 minút pri 80°C.
